Birmingham:’ The Ad Duha charity dinner for the construction of a new Masjid building was held at the Al Miraj Banqueting Hall in Birmingham.
In just four years, Ad Duha has become a vital hub for the community, providing a space for prayer, education, and connection. Due to a significant increase in worshippers, there is an urgent need to expand the facility.
An appeal was made during the event for community support to help raise £800,000 for the construction of the House of Allah.
The event was hosted by Rahim Jung and featured a Quran recitation by Shaykh Mahmood Fawzy and nasheed performances by Ehsaan Tahmid.
Keynote speeches were delivered by Sheikh Azhar Mohammed, the founder of the Ad Duha Institute, and Sheikh Zahir Mahmood, emphasising the importance of supporting this noble cause.
