The 1500th birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him was celebrated

Birmingham: The 1500th birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, was celebrated with great devotion and respect at the Council House Chamber Hall, marking a historic first for Birmingham City Council.

The event was organised by Faizan Global Relief Foundation UK and Europe, with Muhammad Waseem Attari moderating the proceedings. The ceremony was formally opened by Imam Muneer Ashraf Attari with the recitation of the Holy Quran and Naat e Rasool Maqbool, peace be upon him.

On this special occasion, the Lord Mayor of Birmingham, Councillor Zafar Iqbal MBE, Syed Muhammad Faisal Sami, Head of Faizan Global Relief Foundation UK and Europe, Cabinet Member for Digital Culture Heritage and Tourism Councillor Saima Suleman, and Syed Muneeb Attari reflected on the life, teachings, character, and wisdom of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.

They shared a universal message of peace, love, and tolerance for the diverse communities in Birmingham and across the world. Speakers emphasised that the last messenger of God, Hazrat Muhammad, peace be upon him, was sent as a mercy for all humanity. They expressed that true peace in the world, both now and in the future, can only be achieved by following his life, guidance, and teachings.
