Live Sufi music and Mindfulness event was held at the Newman University Birmingham

Birmingham: Live Sufi music and Mindfulness event was held at the Newman University Birmingham. Organised by the Islamic Society (ISOC) Newman University. It was hosted by Ch Khalid and Mohammed Asim. Special performances were given by Lala Abdul Qadeer, Mohammed Iqbal and Sarah. The aim of the event was to celebrate the Mawlid of Prophet PBUH who came as mercy for the whole mankind. The celebration was held amongst Newman University students and guests to spread peace, love, diversity, harmony, respect and humanity. Rose’s and cards stating the wisdom were handed out to University students as well guests. Also present were Ch Mohammed Tanveer, Mr Handsworth and others.
