British Kashmiri and Pakistani community observed August 15, as a Black Day
Birmingham: British Kashmiri and Pakistani community observed August 15, as a Black Day. They showed solidarity with their oppressed Kashmiri brothers and sisters. It was managed by Ch Mohammed Azim Chairman All parties International Kashmir coordination committee UK, Naib Hussain Moughal chairman British Kashmir foundation UK and chairman Kashmir committee PPP UK, Aftab Hussain, Syed Ashiq Hussain Muslim Conference UK, Liaqat Lone Secretary General JKLF UK, Inam ul Haq Khawajah PTI, Khawaja Hassan, Waqar Kayani Assistant Secretary General PPP UK and others. Keynote speakers were Claire Bidwell Co Chair Let Kashmir decide Ch M Azim and others. They raised slogans against the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and armed forces in IOK who have special powers and are killing, raping, blinding and disabling people of IOk. British Kashmiri people gave a decision in favour of Kashmiris for the right to self determination without delay. They asked the British Government to wake up and do something for the imprisoned Kashmiri nation. They have no basic human rights and fundamental necessities at this stage. We should raise our voices for their basic and natural rights. Protesters also held a Kashmir rally from Augusta Street Car Park to Indian Consulate Birmingham. Some differences and clashes also emerged during the protest.
