The first ever graduation of City Hasanat Centre for Islamic Studies was held at the Marigold
Birmingham: The first ever graduation of City Hasanat Centre for Islamic Studies was held at the Marigold. It was hosted by prominent religious and spiritual personality Chairman Muslim Hands UK Pir Syed Lakht e Hasnain Shah and Director Institute for Leadership and Community Development UK Dr. Iqtidar Karamat Cheema.
Former Federal Minister of Religious Affairs and Inter-faith Harmony Pakistan, and Custodian of Bhera Sharif Pir Syed Amin ul-Hasanat Shah participated as a chief guest on this occasion. On this occasion, influential political, social and religious figures from Birmingham and it’s surroundings were present in large numbers.
The ceremony was officially started with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an by prominent Naat and Nasheed artist Mikhaael Mala followed by a Naat in praise of Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him).
On this occasion, Dr. Iqtidar Karamat Cheema, while presenting a welcome speech to the distinguished guests and students, said that Hasnat Center is not an educational institution of any sect or creed, but it is a real educational institution which promotes knowledge without discrimination day and night.
On this occasion, the students and teachers of Hasanat Center of Islamic Studies shared their educational experience and observations with the audience. Pir Syed Amin Al-Hasnat Shah, Pir Syed Lakht Hasnain Shah, Dr Iqtidar Karamat Cheema and others also awarded certificates and honours to the students who completed religious education.
Pir Syed Amin ul Hasanat Shah, while delivering the main address, said that true knowledge is that which can be effective for the spread of good and prevention of evil in the society. Educational institutions can play an active and vital role in developing positive thinking and practical knowledge in students. He clearly advised the boys and girls who completed their education to play an important role in creating a better society.
On this occasion, Pir Syed Lakht e Hasnain Shah explained in detail the aims and objectives of Hasnat College and the long and difficult journey ahead. Furthermore he expressed his sincere gratitude to the distinguished guests and the parents of the students. At the end of the ceremony, Pir Amin ul-Hasanat Shah also prayed for the bright future of Students and for the rehabilitation of the earthquake victims in Turkey and Syria.
