Oath Taking Ceremony of State Youth Parliament of Pakistan

Oath taking ceremony of State Youth Parliament (SYP) was held at Aiwan e Iqbal, Islamabad today in which student leaders from all over Pakistan participated. Grandson of Dr Allama Muhammad Iqbal, Mr. Munib Iqbal received oath from the members of SYP. He said that the teachings of Allama Iqbal are necessary for coping with the current circumstances of Pakistan. President of SYP, Mr. Shaheer Sialvi said that they will never compromise on the ideology of Pakistan.

Shaheer Sialvi, while addressing to the convention, said that youth will take initiative to raise the issues of Kashmir and Palestine at the international forums. He said that Pakistan gravely needs the unity among different groups of Muslims and this is why the SYP collected the student leaders from different student organizations on the platform of State Youth Parliament.

Palestinian Ambassador HE Mr. Waleed Abu Ali also participated in the convention. He said that this youth is an asset for any country. He greeted the cabinet of State Youth Parliament on this occasion. He said that Pakistan and Palestinian youth should join hands to promote the unity among Muslims of the world.
