Birmingham Pakistani Report engagement event was held at Anteps, Birmingham

Birmingham: The initiative of Atif Ali BEM and his team launched the Birmingham Pakistani Report, which includes an online questionnaire, after the census in the United Kingdom. This is commendable effort and a matter of pride.

The progress and improvement of communities relies on data. According to 2021 census, the Pakistani community in Birmingham is the largest ethnic minority group making up 17% of Birmingham population.

The team are committed to working together with the community and Birmingham City Council, Public Health, Education on local issues, such as Rubbish, Sanitation, Housing Availability and Community related issues. These views were expressed by the Consul General of Pakistan, Birmingham, Sardar Adnan Rasheed, whilst recognising the great work of Atif Ali BEM and his team at the roundtable organized relating to the Birmingham Pakistani Report.

Councillor Waseem Zafar, Councillor Chaudhry Zaker Ullah, Councillor Saima Suleman, Councillor Babar Baz, Consul of Pakistan Birmingham Ms. Bukhtawar Mir, prominent political and social figure Ms. Salma Yaqoob, President Tehreek e Kashmir UK Raja Fahim Kayani. President Tehreek Kashmir Europe Muhammad Ghalib, former councillor Raja Shaukat Ali, Rajasab Ali, Ghazanfar Mehmood, Muhammad Khalid, Muhammad Shafiq, Muhammad Ali, Wajid Hussain, senior journalist Asif Mahmood Bratlvi, community leaders, political, social and business personalities students also participated.

The leaders added that it is now the responsibility of the community to step forward and complete the questions asked in the Birmingham Pakistani Report survey. In order to resolve the problems faced by the local community in the years to come. It will become a document that will determine the new direction of development in our communities in the near future.
