Defence Minister of Azad Kashmir visited Birmingham City Council
Birmingham: The Defence Minister of Azad Kashmir Ch Masood Khalid Advocate visited Birmingham City Council at the Lord Mayor’s parlour hosted by Councillor Basharat Dad. They discussed the history of Birmingham along with the potential of trade between Mirpur and Birmingham. The minister also suggested the possibility of Mirpur and Birmingham become sister cities.Councillor Basharat Dad said that with the commonwealth games coming to Birmingham in 2022 we need to discuss opportunities across the region and build trade links to develop Birmingham.
