EU Parliament to hold hearing on Human Rights violations in Kashmir

Birmingham: An important meeting was held at the residence of Dr Tahir Farooq father in law of MEP Wajid Khan. Amongst those present were Kashmiri leadership Jammu Kashmir Self Determination Movement International’s Founder Chairman Raja Najabat Hussain, Secretary General Mohammed Azam, World Kashmir Freedom Movement’s President Nazir Ahmed Qureshi, Hurriyat Conference Azad Kashmir Chapter Leaders Abdul Hameed Lone & Syed Aijaz Ahmad Rehmani, Harry Boota Deputy Chairman Conservative Friends of Kashmir UK / Administration Director JKSDMI and Abdul Wahab Qadri Chairman JKSDMI South of England and other. They discussed the current situation in Indian occupied Kashmir and also paid tribute to Mr Wajid Khan MEP for his positive effort and support for the Kashmir issue. MEP Wajid Khan expressed his views and stated that the Kashmir Human Rights situation is FINALLY on the EU agenda.
