Birmingham: First Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pakistan Press Club Midlands Intl was held at IMRANS Restaurant, Lady Pool Road, Spark Brook. The Chief Election Commissioner was Tony Adams Branch Chair National Union of Journalists (NUJ) Brum & Cov . The newly elected Body have announced President Asif Mehmood Bratlvi, Raja Nasir Mehmood General Secretary , Secretary Information & Spokesman S M IRFAN TAHIR , Zahid Khattak Senior Vice President, Imran Bashir Secretary Finance. Also were present Member of the Executive Committee Imran Munawar , Mujtaba Ur Rehman, Shakeel Ahmed, Muhammed Basharat, Raja K Bashir and others. Newly elected office bearers said they raised their voice for the right of every journalist and to build a good relationship between the community and journalists. They also highlighted the positive national and international issues for community awareness. The spokesman of the newly elected body S M Irfan Tahir said we need to arrange an special official oath-taking ceremony in the Midlands soon.
