Birmingham: Grand Occasions Banqueting Suite hosted their first ever community Iftar on Friday 7th April 2023. The Iftar was hosted by Mohammed Basharat, Manager of Grand Occasions.

Guests of different faiths and organisations were invited to partake in a sit down dinner to celebrate the holy month of Ramadan. This Iftar was sponsored by Shakib Bashir, respected business owner of Grand Occasions and Royal limos Experience, Birmingham who wanted to bring communities together and provide them with a relaxed and enjoyable evening.

An exceptional turnout of over 100 attendees made the evening one to remember. Guests were able to pray together and enjoy a delicious iftar meal. Guests also performed recitations of the Quran, Nasheeds and spoke about the purpose of Ramadan and the importance of it.
