London: The much needed meeting of the Labour Party Leader Sir Keir Starmer with the executive body of Labour Friends of Kashmir took place online recently. In which important issues regarding the Kashmir issue were discussed. Reliable sources have confirmed that the leader of the Labour Party referred to the party’s policy towards South Asia for the future. The party has expressed its desire to formulate a policy on human rights and atrocities in Kashmir. Implementing this could lead to significant progress at the British level on the Kashmir issue in the future. Also present on the occasion were Lisa Nandy Labour MP for Wigan.
