Mayor of Wolverhampton Councillor Elias Mattu has sadly passed away

Mayor of Wolverhampton Councillor Elias Mattu has sadly passed away. A wonderful man with a brilliant sense of humour. He was a great human being. He has left behind his wife Asha and 3 children Anthony, Ismael and Jessica. May his soul rest in peace. Amen
