Faiz Naqshbandi has condemned the continued arbitrary detention of Hurriyet Chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq for more than 500 days
Islamabad: APHC AJK Chapter convener Syed Faiz Naqshbandi expressing serious concern over the Indian BJP-RSS Modi government’s brutal move to set up a special colony for retired Indian armed forces and their families in 200 Kanal of grazing land in Budgam in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. He has said that the Kashmiris’ will resist all these sinister designs and anti -Kashmir moves of Indian government.
Syed Faiz Naqashbandi has described such acts as an Israel-type colonial step to bring communal mindset Indian Hindus to Kashmir to convert the Muslim majority of Jammu and Kashmir into a minority area.
Convener Syed Faiz Naqshbandi has condemned the continued arbitrary detention of Hurriyet Chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq for more that 500 days and asked the UN Secretary General’s intervention and influence on India for his immediate release. He has demanded release of all Hurriyet leaders and innocent Kashmiris from Indian jails.
Syed Faiz Naqashbandi said that under a well-planned agenda India is illegally issuing domicile certificates in large number to non Kashmiris and Indian Hindus to change the demography of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
The statement while appealing to the United Nations and world peace loving countries to ask India for immediate stop to repressive measures in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Jammu and Kashmir is UN recognised disputed territory and Kashmiris demand implementation of UN Resolutions in letter and spirit.
