APWA celebrated the 73rd Independence Day of Pakistan
Birmingham: All Pakistan Women’s Association (APWA) celebrated the 73rd Independence Day of Pakistan at Botanical Gardens. The chief guests were Sadia Malik Vice Consul General of Pakistan Birmingham, Salma Yaqoob and others. Approximately 65 ladies attended the event. The message delivered by APWA on this 73rd Pakistan Independence Day was to continue this independence with new hope and spirit. They hoped that the young Pakistani generation should get their identity and better future soon. They also sang the national anthem and Mili Naghmas. They said that despite the Corona pandemic, on the occasion of Independence Day celebrations, Pakistani migrants have maintained a loving and respectful relationship with their country. On this occasion, we pray that our Kashmiri brothers and sisters may soon celebrate their independence together with the Pakistani nation.
