Islamabad: While besieged Kashmiris are figuring out to Fight the deadly Corona Virus Pandemic, Fasisct Modi has introduced another draconian Law to Flood the demography of Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
Altaf Ahmed Bhat Senior Kashmiri Hurriyat Leader and President Jammu Kashmir Salvation Movement Altaf Ahmed Bhat in a statement today here on Islamabad has opposed and rejected Indian governments new Domicile law for Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Bhat said that while the besieged Kashmiri people were trying to fight the corona Virus Pandemic the Fascist Indian Government under the leadership of Modi, Amit Shah, Ajit Doval and current Indian Army chief has introduced new domicile law to, which is their one of many practical steps to change the demography of Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
President JKSM Bhat further said that The Indian Fascist government changed the geographical and political status of the Indian-occupied Kashmir region on August 5 after it abrogated Article 370 – a law that restricted rights over jobs, scholarships and land to the permanent residents of Indian-administered Kashmir. Now the Hindutva inspired Leaders of the BJP government have taken steps further and introduced new domicile law to start with the demographic changes in the region, and their main motive is to change the demography of regions where people are resisting and struggling for Kashmir freedom movement as per the resolutions of United Nations.
“Government of Pakistan must reject this Indian Domicile Law, and inform the United Nations that it is the violation of Kashmir Resolutions by UNO,” Bhat added. If we stand still and remain silent today then India will engulf the whole Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh. Introduction of this law is the manifestation of the abrogation of Article 370 and 35A on August 5 2019.
Senior Kashmiri Hurriyat Leader Altaf Ahmed Bhat said that Pakistan being a party to Kashmir dispute must start a campaign worldwide against Indian controversial and forced domicile law. Because of this controversial domicile law, the basic structure of Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir will change, which will lead to demographic flooding in the region. It is high time Ministry of Foreign Affairs must start the campaign against it.
Senior Kashmiri Hurriyat Leader Altaf Ahmed Bhat asserted that this controversial forced domicile law will lead to a bloodbath in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Indian fascist government despite the lockdown in the whole country and Kashmir introduced this lawless law to further aggravate the situations in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
Narendra Modi has been flouting the International resolutions on Kashmir since August 5, but why United Nations and International Organizations are failed to stop him? Modi’s Hindutva agenda and Warmongering intentions will jeopardise the peace of whole South Asia.
Senior Kashmiri Hurriyat Leader and President Jammu Kashmir Salvation Movement Altaf Ahmed Bhat appealed to UNSC, UNO, and all other International organizations to take immediate notice and reject Indian controversial and forced domicile law.
