Raja Sikander Khan condemned the new Domicile Law in IOJ&K
Press Release of Global Pakistan & Kashmir Supreme Council with reference to the New Domicile Law for Indian Occupied Jummu – Kashmir.
I Raja Sikander Khan the Chairman Global Pakistan & Kashmir Supreme Council along with President GPKSC Kala Khan and our office bearers strongly condemn and strongly oppose the new order of Domicile Law passed on Indian Occupied Jammu & Kashmir by the Indian Government Home Ministry on 31st March 2020.
The Government of India Home Ministry should reconsider & withdraw this new domicile law immediately as its taking the rights of Indian Occupied Kashmiri people as it’s one way of snatching the rights of the job opportunities from educated and unemployed youths of Jammu & Kashmir as well as allowing the none Kashmiri and extremist Hindus into buying land, properties and settling in state of Jammu & Kashmir while depriving the rights of the initial citizens of Jammu & Kashmir and all this is against the wishes of the Kashmiri people by means of demographical change, in fact it’s a constitutional terrorism and is against the International laws, as well as the Humanitarian laws including the treaties and conventions which India is signatory to.
Also the other state laws which have been amended are also not with the will and expectation of citizens of state Jammu & Kashmir and should also be reconsidered and withdrawn, therefor Global Pakistan & Kashmir Supreme Council strongly demands for the restoration of State Jammu & Kashmir status of 103 years and restore the Article 370 & 35 A which is the manifestation reflection and basis of instrument accession 1947 a Jammu & Kashmir state subject law initially duly agreed by the Maharaja Hari Singh and India.
We urge the International Community, the United Nation, the Human Rights Organisations and especially the so called the Champions of Human Rights to please intervene at this crucial time when the world is busy tackling the crises of COVID-19 but the India’s Modi’s BJP fascist Government is shamefully continuing unlawful actions by means of demographic changes in Indian Occupied Kashmir especially in these difficult times when the world is continually fighting this Corona virus trying to save lives and humanity.
Despite the widely world threat of the COVID-19 our Indian Occupied Kashmiri leaders and hundreds & thousands of youth are in various jails all over India in very poor prison conditions, without any access to World Health organisation or any Human Rights organisations.
The Global Pakistan & Kashmir Supreme Council stands committed at this very difficult and crucial time with our Kashmiri brothers and sisters of Indian Occupied Kashmir with their FREEDOM struggle and we will continue supporting their cause and seeking justice until they are given their fundamental birthright of self determination.
