Presidential Handover for Coventry Mercia Lions Club Evening held at Windmill Village Hotel | WNTV
Coventry: Handover event took place to mark the presidential ceremony for the very popular Coventry Mercia Lions Club, a charitable organisation passionate about supporting humanitarian causes. The evening was held at the Windmill Village hotel Coventry.
It was hosted by Manjit Rai, the newly elected president of Coventry Mercia Lions Club and the newly formed cabinet. The event was attended by important personalities from all walks of life, Coventry’s deputy Lord Mayor, Representatives from the British Army, The Royal Air force, Lady Godiva Of Coventry, District Governor of Mercia Lions Club, Sikh Union, President of Asian Christian Fort, West Midlands Community Police Officer, Sikh Union Chairman, Wellingborough & district lions club, councillors , Businessman and others.
The newly elected members were given certificates and honours whilst senior members were also given awards for their outstanding services. Distinguished guests extended their best wishes to the newly elected President and wished her success in moving the club forward.
